This International Coach Federation (ICF) approved program (16.25 CCE hours - Business Development) provides an experiential workshop where participants will learn the following:
  • philosophy of Authentic Leadership,
  • Business Case and benefits,
  • how to run the business of a series of Authentic Leadership Conversations™
    (either inside organizations or for the public)
  • what the process is for facilitating an Authentic Leadership Conversation™
  • how to use the materials (facilitator materials, participant handouts)
  • how to use the Authentic Leadership Conversation™ Series as an effective marketing tool for your business

Topic: How to deliver the Authentic Leadership for Teams ™ Program
Cost: $995  $795 Cdn (plus appl. taxes) Introductory Price
Format: Virtual

This Training will provide an experiential workshop where participants will learn the following:
  • How to deliver a 6-month Authentic Leadership for Teams™ program
  • How to sell Authentic Leadership programs to organizational decision makers
  • How to do basic project management and provide status updates as well as debrief and evaluate the program
NOTE: Completion of Level I Training is required in order to participate in the Authentic Leadership Conversations™ for Teams - Level II Training.
